A particular area of emphasis is professional disciplinary defense of mental health professionals. Bruce was also trained as a psychologist-psychoanalyst. He is the author of a number of publications including book chapters and articles on mental healthcare law, and has self-published a HIPAA Compliance Manual for mental healthcare practices.
