A partner of Long Island law firm Fass & Greenberg, LLP, Elena L. Greenberg has 35 years of experience practicing family and matrimonial law. Ms. Greenberg has gained a reputation as one of the most respected family law attorneys in the area, combining outstanding legal ethics with compassion and sound advice for clients. In addition to being an experienced litigator, she is both a certified mediator and matrimonial fee dispute arbitrator, helping clients resolve disagreements outside the courtroom whenever possible. Ms. Greenberg accepts clients in Queens and Long Island, New York.
After she received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester in 1979, Ms. Greenberg earned her Juris Doctor in 1982 from St. John's University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York.
An impressive track record has given Ms. Greenberg numerous opportunities to serve in leadership positions. Ms Greenberg is the acting President of the New York Family Law American Inns of Court. She previously served as an adjunct faculty member for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University’s Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and as chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's Technology and Practice Management committee. She lectures at continuing legal education seminars and has written on matrimonial law for the New York Law Journal.

A.E.F. (Anonymous), o/b/o M.J.L-F. (Anonymous) v. K.T.L. (Anonymous), 810 N.Y.S.2d 903 (2nd Dept., 2006) was also affirmed on appeal., 2005
