With 40 years of experience practicing family law, Florence M. Fass is recognized as one of New York City's most competent attorneys in her field. She handles a wide range of family and matrimonial law matters, including divorce, child and spousal support, custody and visitation, grandparent rights, paternity, separation and annulments, family offenses and the distribution of marital assets. Ms. Fass is a certified divorce mediator and helps clients resolve disputes outside of the courtroom when possible. At Fass & Greenberg, LLP, Ms. Fass accepts clients in New York City, Manhattan, Long Island and Garden City, New York.

After she received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1969, Ms. Fass continued her education there and earned a Master of Arts in public administration in 1976. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 1979 from Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Fass is licensed to practice law in New York.

Her commitment to outstanding legal ethics and quality client service has earned Ms. Fass the respect of her peers. She is a Master of The New York Family Law American Inn of Court, and currently serves as the President of that Inn's Executive Board. When not practicing law, Ms. Fass is involved with charity work for underserviced children and her animal sanctuary in Ocala, Florida .
