Jason L. Abelove

Jason L. Abelove is the owner of Law Offices of Jason L. Abelove PC, which has its offices in Garden City, New York. Practicing law for more than 27 years, he has been admitted to practice in New York and has provided sound and knowledgeable counsel to his clients throughout the state. He is an employment and business law attorney, taking on cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment and real estate.

Mr. Abelove is a frequent speaker in prominent legal associations on important aspects of employment law, including sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and wage and hour breaches. Graduating cum laude, Mr. Abelove has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from Clark University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. He also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition to New York, Mr. Abelove is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
