Joseph G. Dell

As the Managing Member of the law firm Dell & Dean, PLLC, in Garden City, New York, Joseph G. Dell dedicates his practice to representing people who have suffered serious injuries and death due to the negligence of others. He handles cases involving automobile accidents, work-related accidents, construction site accidents, product liability, employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice and nursing home cases, among others.

He has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 1992, and is also admitted in the U.S. Federal Court's for both the Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Dell has also appeared and argued before the Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals.

Mr. Dell has been a member of a number of organizations over the years, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors. The American Association for Justice. The Southern Poverty Law Center. He is a sustaining member of the Nassau County Bar Association, and a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.

Among the awards and honors Mr. Dell has earned during his years of practice include the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys' Top 10 Attorney Award for the State of New York.  A three time selection to Super Lawyers. Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more on behalf of their clients. He has been selected as the Top One Percent by The National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He has been selected for his top verdicts and settlements in New York State in the New York Law Journal. He successfully litigated and argued Davis v. South Nassau Communities Hospital, et al. in the New York Court of Appeals in 2015, which created a landmark Medical Malpractice precedent for plaintiffs in New York State.
