Michael DiFalco

Michael DiFalco is a partner at the law firm of Aiello & DiFalco, LLP, located in Garden City, New York.  Practicing law in New York for more than a decade, Mr. DiFalco represents clients with family law matters, including divorce and separation, prenuptial agreements, uncontested divorce, child custody, child support and the full spectrum of issues affecting the family.

With a reputation for being approachable, responsive and compassionate, Mr. DiFalco has immense experience helping clients navigate divorces and related family law matters efficiently and cost-effectively. Well-known for being a tenacious litigator in the courtroom, he also uses mediation to help clients reach amicable solutions in a less contentious manner outside the courtroom. 

Active in the legal field, Mr. DiFalco has been a leader in the New York State Bar Association’s Young Lawyer's Section as well as the Family Law Section, the Nassau County Bar Association and The New York Family Law American Inn of Court. He  served as the chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section as well as the chair of the Nassau County Young Lawyer's Committee. 

Honored for his remarkable work in the family law field, Mr. DiFalco has been included in the list of “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers and was the recipient of the Young Matrimonial Lawyer Award by the Nassau County Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law Committee. He was included in the Top 10 Under 40 list by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and has a “Superb” rating on Avvo. 

Mr. DiFalco obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University and then later went on to pursue law. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. He frequently lectures at many continuing legal education platforms and has written extensively on family law matters, and is frequently called upon by other attorneys for his expertise in matrimonial and family law issues.
