Richard M. Aberle

Richard M. Aberle is a senior partner and co-founder of Kaston & Aberle, LLP, located in Mineola and Brooklyn, New York. He focuses his practice on helping injured people fight for financial recovery for damages, like pain and suffering, medical bills and income loss in Long Island and New York City. For more than 30 years, his clients have entrusted him with cases related to:

• Slip-and-fall accidents
• Injured Employees

With an excellent track record for establishing lasting relationships with clients, Mr. Aberle always puts his client’s needs first and is motivated to do all he can to meet those needs. A compassionate and fierce advocate for his clients, he is known for his ability to find creative solutions and strategies when approaching complex issues. He is also adept at handling commercial litigation, municipal liability and labor law issues.

A 1985 business graduate of Stony Brook University, Mr. Aberle obtained his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He was a part of the New York State Department of Law and the Office of the Attorney General. Before founding Kaston & Aberle in 1994, he spent many years handling a variety of civil litigation claims for some  prominent general litigation firms in New York.

Holding a license to practice law in the state of New York, Mr. Aberle remains closely connected with many legal organizations such as the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
