Elliot A. Rahimi

Elliot A. Rahimi, Esq. is the founder and managing attorney of Rahimi Law Firm P.C., based in New York City. A dedicated advocate for immigrants and noncitizens, Mr. Rahimi provides strategic and compassionate legal representation to clients across New York City, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens in a wide range of immigration matters. Mr. Rahimi earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014, where he was named to the Dean’s List and earned a Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. During law school, he served as a Staff Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and represented Cardozo at the prestigious Price Media International Moot Court Competition in Oxford, England. He was also active in the Unemployment Action Center and the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic.

Admitted to practice law in New York in 2018, Mr. Rahimi has built a reputation as a skilled and principled immigration lawyer. His practice includes both affirmative and defensive asylum, cancellation of removal, and waivers, and he frequently represents clients before Immigration Courts, USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
