Attorney Rachel Schulman graduated from Columbia Law School in 2000 as a Kent Scholar. She clerked for the Honorable John Gleeson on the Eastern District of New York, and also for the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. After serving as an associate at one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, Rachel founded her own practice, Rachel Schulman, Esq. PLLC, in Great Neck, New York. Serving clients in throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Ms. Schulman focuses her practice on business litigation, appeals, labor and employment law, class actions and other civil matters.

Fletcher Music Scholarship. She then attended Columbia Law School as a James Kent Scholar, where she served as managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
Ms. Schulman obtained her Juris Doctor in 2000, and she holds her license to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also holds admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd circuits.
