Kevin J. Stimpfl

Kevin J. Stimpfl, one of the pioneering members of Stimpfl Manashirov & Bundschuh PLLC in Hauppauge, New York, brings a wealth of courtroom experience to the table. His practice covers many issues, including construction disputes, intricate construction flaws, product imperfections, property damage cases, excavation mishaps and incidents involving fires, floods, gas leaks and facade breakdowns. In addition, he navigates the realms of insurance coverage and commercial claims while addressing plaintiff subrogation cases.

Licensed to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, he is well-versed in the legal landscape. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College, following an impressive undergraduate career at Stony Brook University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

His litigation acumen was further sharpened through an internship with the Huntington Town Attorney’s Office and an externship with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, specifically in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Bureau.

A respected presence in the legal community, Mr. Stimpfl holds memberships in the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Suffolk County Bar Association. Before establishing Stimpfl Manashirov & Bundschuh PLLC, he was a partner at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in New York City, focusing on construction defect and property damage cases.
