Robert L. Brenna Jr., a distinguished senior trial counsel at The Brenna Firm in Honeoye Falls, New York, serves clients throughout New York State. He boasts an impressive legal career spanning over 45 years. Focusing on personal injury and car accident cases, he has built a formidable reputation for his trial successes, including groundbreaking victories such as the first wrongful death trial against the state of New York related to the Attica prison uprising and securing the first verdict in the New York Court of Claims for a constitutional violation.

Mr Brenna’s extensive experience in the Supreme Court, coupled with significant appellate work in both state and federal courts, has empowered him to achieve justice for clients in complex cases against formidable opponents like municipalities and international corporations. His legal journey began in 1979 when he joined the firm established by his father.

Beyond the courtroom, he engages the public through Seminars and his weekly radio show, "The Bob Brenna Law Forum," on WHAM and iHeart radio for three decades. He has shared his knowledge through lectures for esteemed organizations such as the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a past president of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Genesee Valley Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the National Academy of Trial Advocacy.
