Charles S. DeAngelo

Charles S. DeAngelo is an attorney and managing partner at Fessenden Laumer & DeAngelo, in Jamestown, New York. Mr. DeAngelo practices in the areas of employment law, administrative law, Social Security Disability, personal injury law, real estate, divorce, and wills and estates. He is experienced with litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration.

Mr. DeAngelo has over 35 years of experience and represents clients in Jamestown, Fredonia and Olean, as well as throughout Allegany, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Southern Erie, Steuben and Wyoming counties. His clients include individuals and unions in the private and public sectors. In addition to his role as a private attorney, he is a regional attorney for the Civil Service Employees Association.

Over his time in practice, Mr. DeAngelo has negotiated many major settlements for his clients. When litigation is necessary, he is prepared to fight for his clients’ rights in the courtroom. Mr. DeAngelo earned a bachelor’s degree cum laude with a major in industrial and labor relations, a master’s degree from Cornell University and received his law degree cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. He holds licenses to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
