Michele R. Levin

A partner at Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers, LLP, in Jericho, New York, Michele R. Levin is a seasoned litigator whose practice is devoted to defending complex litigation and professional liability matters. With 29 years of experience, she represents physicians, podiatrists, optometrists and other medical professionals, as well as health care facilities, nursing homes and home health agencies. She also serves as lead counsel for national medical providers in multidistrict litigation.

Ms. Levin’s practice encompasses medical malpractice, legal malpractice, nursing home and home health agency liability, employment practices liability, and matters involving church and charitable organizations. Known for meticulous preparation and a client-centered approach, she has secured pretrial dismissals, favorable jury verdicts and successful appellate division rulings on behalf of her clients.

An accomplished scholar, Ms. Levin obtained her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Binghamton University in 1993 and earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996, where she served on the Labor Law Journal and graduated with dean’s list distinction. She is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
