Michael A. Mainetti

Michael A. Mainetti is a partner at the law firm of Mainetti & Mainetti, P.C., in Kingston, New York. A personal injury attorney, Mr. Mainetti has experience with a variety of issues, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability. He represents clients in the Albany metropolitan area and throughout Dutchess, Greene, Orange and Ulster counties. He provides all his clients with devoted and diligent legal service, aggressively advocating for the rights of the injured and their families.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Mr. Mainetti graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree and received his law degree from Albany Law School. He is qualified to practice law before all New York state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.

Following law school, Mr. Mainetti began his personal injury practice. Over the years, he has received various awards for his work as a personal injury attorney. The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys included him on its “Top 10 Under 40” list and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys presented him with a “10 Best” award for client satisfaction.

In addition to personal injury law, Mr. Mainetti previously practiced criminal defense law through the Ulster County Public Defender’s Office. This role allowed him to develop his litigation abilities and experience and defend individuals who could otherwise not afford an attorney. His work as a criminal defense attorney earned him a listing in America’s Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys.
