She is licensed to practice in New York (2003) and before the United States District Courts for the Western, Southern and Northern Districts of New York.
Ms. Feinberg's career began in estate and commercial litigation. In 2010, she served as a temporary law clerk for the Honorable Federal Court Judge Michael A. Telesca for the Western District of New York. During this time, she tackled complex matters, researching and drafting decisions with precision. Later, she shifted her focus to private practice, focusing on family and matrimonial law. She also gained valuable experience working for the Livingston County Public Defender's Office.
With years of experience in various areas of civil litigation, including employment discrimination and estate litigation, Ms. Feinberg is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Her experience also extends to matrimonial and custodial issues, making her a skilled and versatile litigator. When it comes to complex family and matrimonial matters, she has the skills necessary to handle them with ease and prowess.
As a distinguished Livingston County Bar Association member, Ms. Feinberg has been appointed its president-elect. Her proficiency in the legal field has also led her to serve as a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Fourth Department. Additionally, she holds memberships in the New York State Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Association and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
