Allen A. Shoikhetbrod

As the managing partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC in Latham, New York, Allen A. He regularly advocates before agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, the U.S. Department of Labor and the New York State Division of Human Rights. His broad civil litigation background also includes Section 1983 civil rights actions, contract disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts and medical malpractice cases across state and federal jurisdictions in New York.

An alumnus of The City University of New York School of Law, Mr. Shoikhetbrod interned for the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Litigation Bureau, where he focused on the professional discipline of medical providers. He also interned in the New York Supreme Court, earning invaluable exposure to the workings of the judiciary. His work with the Supreme Court received front-page coverage in the New York Law Journal. In 2014, he was admitted to practice law in New York.

Before his current position, Mr. Shoikhetbrod served as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department’s Appeals Division, handling cases involving discrimination, retaliation, employment termination, personal injury, juvenile delinquency and wrongful death.
