Barbara J. King

A compassionate advocate for her clients, Barbara J. King pursues every available legal avenue to help them move past their contentious legal woes and onto better opportunities in the future. A partner at the law office of Tully Rinckey PLLC in Latham, New York, she serves residents throughout the surrounding region and beyond, including in Albany, in matters pertaining to all aspects of family law and matrimonial law. Within her legal community, she maintains close affiliations with the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the Schenectady County Bar Association (SCBA) and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association (CDWBA). 

Ms. King completed her undergraduate studies in 1984, graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree from Queens College at the City University of New York. She went on to attend the City University of New York School of Law, where her shrewd legal acumen and talents were forged through her active involvement on campus. She received her Juris Doctor in 1987, and the very next year, she obtained her license to practice law across all New York state courts. 

Across her illustrious career, Ms. King has always prioritized her client’ goals above all else, striving to take on their legal burdens so they can take care of themselves and be with their loved ones during this difficult time.
