Craig D. Rosenbaum

Craig D. Rosenbaum is the founder and senior partner of Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers, a results-driven firm based in New York City. He has secured significant and life-changing verdicts and settlements for victims of negligence and medical malpractice.

Notable results include $22 million for a pedestrian accident victim who sustained a traumatic brain injury, $14.1 million for a car accident victim with brain and neck injuries, and $7 million for a child injured at birth due to medical negligence. Craig has also secured multi-million dollar recoveries in cases involving premises liability, workplace accidents, construction injuries, and mass torts (defective drugs and medical devices).

Known for developing innovative, trial-ready strategies, Craig leads a team of attorneys and staff who are dedicated to delivering client-focused legal representation. He represents clients across all five boroughs of New York City and surrounding counties, including Westchester, Rockland, Nassau, and Suffolk.
