Ronald Weiss

Ronald Weiss serves as the founder and principal attorney at The Law Office of Ronald D. Weiss, P.C., based in Melville, New York, where he represents individuals and businesses facing complex financial distress. An accomplished scholar, Mr. Weiss graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in 1984. He went on to pursue his legal studies at the New York University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1988. Licensed to practice law in New York since 1989, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, allowing him to defend his clients' rights at both the trial and appellate levels.

An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Weiss is a member of the American Bar Association, where he previously served as chair of the Law Student Division. He also maintains active memberships in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
