Richard M. Aberle

Richard M. Aberle is a senior partner and co-founder of Kaston & Aberle, LLP, located in Mineola and Brooklyn, New York. He focuses his practice on helping injured people fight for financial recovery of damages, like medical bills and income loss in Long Island and New York City. For more than 30 years, his clients have entrusted him with cases related to:

A 1985 business graduate of Stony Brook University, Mr. Aberle obtained his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He has also been a part of the New York State Department of Law and the Office of the Attorney General. Before founding the current firm, he practiced securities litigation in some of the prominent law firms in New York.

Holding a license to practice law in the state of New York, Mr. Aberle remains closely connected with many legal organizations such as the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
