Salvatore Marino

Since Dalli & Marino, LLP, opened its doors in 1996, founding member Salvatore Marino has served as managing partner. He has spent more than two decades in negotiations and courtrooms advocating for people who have suffered a personal injury. Clients come to his practice from Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as in the Bronx, Long Island, Westchester, Manhattan and Brooklyn.

An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Marino has a long history of returning significant awards for clients. His victories include cases surrounding nursing home abuse, sexual abuse, construction accidents, wrongful death and car wrecks. In each of these matters, Mr. Marino was able to expose the wrongdoing and hold defendants accountable for the losses his clients have endured.

A leader in the legal community, Mr. Marino serves on the board of the New York City Trial Lawyers Alliance and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. As a result, he has an extensive network of professionals and resources to use as he builds a case for clients. This leads to an airtight argument that holds up in settlement discussions and, if necessary, trial.

Mr. Marino graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994.
