Danielle L. Becker

Danielle L. Becker is an estate planning and elder law attorney committed to assisting older people and their families in Hyde Park, New York, as they face issues that come with aging. As an attorney at the Ettinger Law Firm, she assists with all aspects of estate planning, institutional and community Medicaid matters, wills, probate and estate administration, and trusts including living and special needs trusts.

As a young individual, Ms. Becker saw firsthand how her elderly family member depended on the services of an estate planning attorney. With a passion to help New York seniors and families cope with legal challenges, she pursued her legal education at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Before law school, Ms. Becker completed her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance with honors at Rider University in 2010. She received her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2013 and her license to practice law in New Jersey the same year. She is authorized to practice law in New York since 2014.

A native of Nassau County, New York, Ms. Becker served as a law clerk and legal intern at several other law firms in New York. She later worked as an associate attorney at another renowned law firm in Garden City, New York, gaining valuable experience in matters such as guardianships, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and probate and administration proceedings.
