Fluent in Hebrew and Russian as well as in English, Michael Davidov is the founder of the Davidov Law Group, P.C. He focuses his practice on elder law issues along with estate planning and administration, and he represents clients throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties and other parts of the greater New York City metropolitan area from his firm’s offices in New Hyde Park.

Mr. Davidov has been admitted to practice in New York since 2006, and he is also a certified financial planner. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York as well as the U.S. Tax Court, and he has been accredited as an attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Davidov received a Bachelor of Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1995, and he subsequently attended the City University of New York School of Law, where he served on the CUNY Law Review and participated in the school’s Elder Law Clinic before graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2005.

Mr. Davidov helps his clients to preserve and protect their assets for both their later years as well as for future generations. To that end, he prepares and reviews a variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. For his elderly clients, Mr. Davidov outlines the long-term care alternatives that might be suitable for them, and he assists them with Medicaid planning. He also has a separate wealth management clinic that analyzes the financial strategies of people who are about to enter retirement age. He has received a 10.0 peer review rating through Avvo for the overall high quality of his work in all of these areas.
