Attorney Katherine Eisold Miller is the founder of the Miller Law Group, located in New Rochelle, New York. Licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut and New York, Ms. Miller represents individuals, families and business owners with their most important legal needs. Although she focuses primarily on family law, she also offers comprehensive estate planning services as well as representation for small businesses.

In the area of family law, Ms. Miller uses her skills in collaborative law and mediation to help families through their difficult and emotionally challenging legal issues. Drawing on her own personal divorce experience as well as her nearly 30 years of practicing law, she strives to help her clients resolve their conflicts in an amicable fashion without the need for court intervention. Treating her clients with the respect and compassion they deserve, she delivers personalized, compassionate counsel in order to help them achieve their specific goals.

A 1982 graduate of Vassar College, Ms. Miller attended Fordham University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1986. That same year, the Connecticut Bar Association admitted her to practice, and the New York State Bar Association admitted her in 1987. Upon receiving her licenses to practice law, she worked for several law firms in New York and Connecticut before establishing her own private practice in 1998.

An accomplished author and speaker, Ms. Miller is the author of “The New Yorker's Guide to Collaborative Divorce” and co-author of “A Cup of Coffee with 10 of the Top Divorce Attorneys in the United States.” She has also published several articles and conducted lectures on topics involving divorce, collaborative law and mediation.

A director and trainer with The Center for Understanding in Conflict, Ms. Miller once served as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School and as president of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals. In addition, she is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the New York State Bar Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Connecticut Bar Association.
