Crain’s Names Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. One of New York City’s Top Ten Best Places to Work
    The Crain’s program awards various industries throughout New York’s five boroughs, home to over 220,000 businesses. The rankings aim to identify and recognize the city’s best employers, and this year were based on more than 23,000 employee surveys as well as an assessment of employer policies, practices, and demographics. An outside independent research company, Best Companies Group, conducts the research and compiles the results, which are then published by Crain’s New York Business.

Best First Time Author Award
    Adam Leitman Bailey, Esq., one of New York City’s most successful and prominent real estate attorneys, has been honored with the National Association of Real Estate Editors’ (NAREE) “Best First Time Author” award for his book, Finding The Uncommon Deal: A Top New York Lawyer Explains How to Buy a Home for the Lowest Possible Price. Readers have praised Finding the Uncommon Deal (Jon Wiley & Sons Inc., 2011) as the “ultimate real estate guide” and noted that it is a “must read for home buyers.” The book climbed to the No. 1 spot on the New York Times best seller list in May 2011 and has continued to sell worldwide.

    The Avvo Rating evaluates a lawyer’s background, based on the information known about the lawyer. The rating is calculated using a mathematical model that considers the information shown in a lawyer’s profile, including a lawyer’s years in practice, disciplinary history, professional achievements and industry recognition.
