We represent employees in proceedings before the New York City Office of Labor Relations, the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining and the New York State Department of Labor Employment Relations Board.

Our attorneys have also appeared before venues, including the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration.     

We have offices located in New York City, Albany and Staten Island, which allows us to serve a broad range of clients throughout the region. In addition, we have a strong relationship with a consulting and government relations firm that provides guidance regarding business development, community involvement, conflict management, election matters and lobbying.
