Adrian Pandev

Adrian Pandev is an immigration and business attorney representing domestic and international clients.

Mr. Pandev’s immigration practice focuses on investor and employment-based immigration. He represents startups and established companies in connection with visa sponsorship of foreign nationals and immigration compliance, including E-Verify and I-9. Mr. Pandev advises foreign investors and individuals of extraordinary ability on complex immigration issues, and represents U.S. citizens seeking to sponsor visas for foreign family members. Mr. Pandev’s business practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs, small, and medium sized businesses in formation and governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. He advises on cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment, and import and export compliance. His clients include international companies, startups, educational institutions, and many others.

Previously, Mr. Pandev served as Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation, in Washington, D.C., where he represented government agencies – including the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services – in litigation before Federal District Courts and Federal Courts of Appeal throughout the United States. Mr. Pandev uses his invaluable government service experience to advise on compliance matters, and to appeal and challenge government agency decisions before courts and other tribunals.

Mr. Pandev is fluent in German, Russian, Hungarian, and Bulgarian, which allows him to assist many of his clients in their native language. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Political Science from McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. He graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law. Mr. Pandev regularly presents at academic and professional conferences regarding immigration issues. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
