Allan Zelikovic

An associate at Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf, which has branches in New York and New Jersey, attorney Allan Zelikovic focuses his practice on medical malpractice. With more than four decades of experience practicing law, he dedicated the later majority of his career to representing the victims of malpractice. He fights for the rights of his clients against acts of negligence and wrongdoing from hospitals, doctors and manufacturers of defective products, primarily in New York City and the surrounding areas.

Prosecuting over a thousand cases before state and federal courts of New York, Mr. Zelikovic’s impressive track record has earned him an honorable reputation across the state. He has extended his services to lecturing on his field of practice to lawyers and students of law. He also engages in speaking events advocating safe medical practices. 

Mr. Zelikovic studied law at Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law and obtained his J.D. in 1982. Prior to that, he had completed his bachelor’s degree with a political science major from McGill University in 1979. While at the school of law, he interned for the Honorable Justice Beatrice S. Burstein at the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

The very year he graduated from college, Mr. Zelikovic got licensed by the New York State Bar Association. He holds memberships in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. His achievements in the field of law and the quality of service rendered have made him eligible for a “Good” rating on Avvo. He is also peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell.
