Ms. Saltzman is admitted to practice in both New York and Vermont, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In 1975, Ms. Saltzman graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in English and on the dean’s list. She then earned a Master of Arts in special education at Hunter College before attending law school at the City University of New York School of Law at Queens College, graduating in 1988 with her Juris Doctor.
