Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine is a partner at the Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm. From his office in New York, New York, he focuses his practice on NYC personal injury and wrongful death litigation, providing representation to clients throughout the state who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties. The types of cases Mr. Levine handles include medical malpractice, defective products, motor vehicle accidents, construction site injuries, and premises liability.

Mr. Levine attended the University of Maryland for his undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science and government in 2001. He then enrolled at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2004. While in law school, he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and served an internship with the predecessor of his current firm. Admitted to practice before all New York and New Jersey state courts, Mr. Levine is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of several legal organizations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.

During his career, Mr. Levine has been instrumental in obtaining numerous sizable settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients. Some representative results include a $1.5 million settlement in a wrongful death case involving a school teacher who was struck and killed by a New York City Police Department vehicle, and a $3 million settlement for a construction worker who was severely injured when struck by falling debris.
