Arthur P. Xanthos is a partner at the New York-based law firm Gartner + Bloom PC for over two decades. He takes on cases involving insurance law and real estate law, with a special focus on premises liability, toxic tort and construction law.

Prior to becoming a partner at the firm, Mr. Xanthos worked as an attorney for more than half a decade. He takes on cases involving trials and arbitrations and represents a wide variety of clients, including giant corporations, developers, contractors, condominiums and construction managers.

Mr. Xanthos earned his bachelor’s degree in 1986 from Williams College where he was also the recipient of a seven-year academic scholarship for excelling in his studies. Later in 1989, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Fordham University School of Law.

With his zealousness and experience, Mr. Xanthos is recognized among his clients and peers alike. He happily dedicates his time to each client individually to understand their needs and expectations before proceeding to devise a legal solution for them. His decades of experience as an attorney and unique take on several cases have helped him in garnering numerous successful defense verdicts and trial resolutions. He is rated “Good” on Avvo.
