He earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1976, was awarded honors by the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 from Dartmouth College as a Rufus Choate Scholar. Promising fast results, Mr. Lehman practices in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit; the U.S. District Court for the Western, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the state of New York.
