Barry Semel-Weinstein

Mr. Semel-Weinstein is the founding member of BSW LAW GROUP, PLLC; licensed to practice law in the states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Federal Districts of New York. His clients appreciate his adept legal services owing to his aggressive yet dynamic personality. A 2004 B.S. graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Semel-Weinstein pursued his legal studies at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. While at law school, he made it to the dean’s list for multiple semesters. In addition to his interest in law, he had a strong desire to fight on behalf of individuals who were harmed through no fault of their own, prompting his decision to join the plaintiff’s side of civil litigation. 

Mr. Semel-Weinstein is an active member of the legal community, maintaining memberships with many prominent legal associations such as the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. In recognition of his strong passion for consistently representing his clients’ best interests and his unwavering dedication to pursuing justice, he was inducted into the prestigious Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under Age 40 list by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys for multiple years (2017 till 2021).
