Bill Cafaro

Bill Cafaro is an Employment Law attorney in Midtown Manhattan. He aggressively represents high wage earners who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against based on their age, disability, ethnic background, sexual orientation or gender. He also handles all types of sexual assault and harassment cases. He and his associates are licensed to practice in all New York courts, state and federal, as well as in many other states. He also handles class actions for overtime and other wage disputes.  

Mr. Cafaro is a well accomplished trial lawyer, having personally taken jury verdicts in excess of $10,000,000 and having tried and settled many cases in excess of $1,000,000. He is active in the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and teaches the Trial Workshop Series for Employment Lawyers. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and a past member of the Labor Law Committee.
