Brittany Stevens

Serving as a Partner in New York City at the law firm of Phillips & Associates, Attorneys at Law, PLLC, Brittany A. Stevens devotes her practice exclusively to employment law. A highly-rated attorney with years of legal experience, she helps her clients protect their rights and achieve the justice they seek for their legal claims involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, employer retaliation, and wrongful termination.  She manages a variety of cases involving sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, pregnancy, age, disability, religion, caregiver status, and sexual orientation. She has handled numerous cases from inception through settlement.

Ms. Stevens is a 2010 cum laude graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science in management and business.  Thereafter, Ms. Stevens attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2014.

Maintaining an active presence in her legal community, Ms. Stevens is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York.
