Bruce E. Menken

Bruce E. Menken is a partner and a committed employment law attorney at Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP, located in New York City. With an experience of around 35 years, he extends his service to clients across New York.

Having obtained his bachelor’s degree from Clark University, Massachusetts, in 1983, Mr. Menken completed his Juris Doctor at the Brooklyn Law School, New York, in 1986. He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.

With experience working as a civil litigator in a federal nonprofit organization and as a public defender, Mr. Menken entered the private practice province in 1993. Since then, he has represented employees in a variety of cases ranging from breach of contract, wrongful discharge, whistleblower actions and sexual harassment. 

Mr. Menken has led or co-counseled several class actions and whistleblower cases achieving many seven- and eight-figure settlements. He prides himself on being a fierce competitor who can negotiate cases or battle cases in court, when necessary.

Personals from across the fields of finance, advertising, telecommunications, garment factory, publishing and all strata of the organizational hierarchy seek counsel from Mr. Menken.
