Caitlin L. Bronner

As a partner at Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP, Caitlin L. Bronner is committed to representing clients in New York, New York. In 2000, Ms. Bronner earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College. She went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 2006 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served on the editorial board for the Moot Court Honor Society.

A published author, Ms. Bronner has written about considerations for alternative entities. She is admitted to practice before state courts in New York, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
