Dana T. Davidson is the founder and principal attorney of the Davidson Law Group. With the law firm’s offices located in New York and Glen Cove, New York, she primarily helps her clients navigate cases involving all facets of immigration and nationality law. Her practice areas encompass family-based immigration, employment-based immigration and matters involving consular practice on a national and international basis.
Ms. Davidson represents a diverse clientele, ranging from universities, internet companies, religious organizations and multinational corporations to film production companies, software engineering firms and other nonprofit entities and businesses. She majorly assists her clients with regulatory and compliance issues such as corporate, I-9, E-Verify and other human resources, United States Department of Labor (USDOL), and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) compliance.

During law school, she was a member and a judge at the law school’s Moot Court Board.
Ms. Davidson is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Washington, D.C.
