Daniel C. Marotta

From the law office of Gabor & Marotta LLC in New York City, New York, Daniel C. Mr. Marotta completed his undergraduate studies in 1988, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and economics from Manhattan University. He went on to attend  Fordham University School of Law, where his legal acumen and talents were strengthened through his active participation in many on-campus activities. He received his Juris Doctor in 1992, and in the very next year, he obtained his license to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. Furthermore, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 5th Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States. 

Whether handling trust administration matters or navigating clients through complex business and commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Marotta utilizes his 30-plus years of experience to give them every opportunity to arrive at an amicable resolution. Within his legal community, he holds many close affiliations with prominent legal organizations such as the Richmond County Bar Association (past president), the Network of Bar Leaders (past president), the New York State Bar Association (delegate for 13th Judicial District) and the Federal Bar Association, among many others.
