Daniel J. Aaron

Daniel Aaron represents clients large and small. With over three decades of experiences, he provides representation in cases of intellectual property, copyright, trademark, noncompetes, advertising and marketing, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience handling disputes involving music copyrights and entertainment matters including the mediation of these disputes.  In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Aaron has spent decades representing clients which provide services to pharmaceutical and medical device companies by negotiating a variety of agreements, incuding master service agreements, consulting, licensing , artificial intelligence and software development agreements.     

A Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Mr. Aaron attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School. Moving on to law school to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney, he then attended Columbia University and in 1985, graduated with his Juris Doctor.

Mr. Aaron is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice before the the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Although his base is in New York City, he has represented his clients in courts throughout the country.
