David M. Godosky

David M. Godosky is a distinguished partner at Godosky & Gentile, P.C., in New York City, with a rich background as a former judge and prosecutor. His legal journey has been marked by a strong commitment to cases involving police misconduct and civil rights issues. His practice spans personal injury for plaintiffs, professional malpractice, product liability, ethics and professional responsibility, and litigation and appeals.

Mr. Godosky plays a pivotal role in the firm's appellate practice, having presented numerous cases before the Court of Appeals. Following his appointment to the bench by Mayor Michael R. His passion for law began after his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College, leading him to Cornell Law School, from which he graduated in 1992.
