In 1982, Ms. Perry graduated with the highest honors from Skidmore College and received a Bachelor of Arts. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston in 1985, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Perry received an American Jurisprudence Award for earning the highest grade in her constitutional law course.
For 30 years, Ms. Perry has been dedicated to helping employees whose rights have been violated. Whether she is representing someone who has suffered pregnancy discrimination or working with a client who has been sexually harassed, Ms. Perry offers compassion and sound legal advice. Her successes include securing a $6.6 million award for a client who filed a suit claiming retaliation and sexual harassment. She also played an active role in obtaining $2.5 million on behalf of a client who experienced age discrimination and $1.33 for a client who experienced sexual harassment and retaliation.Â
