Derek Wolman

Derek Wolman is a partner at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP in New York City, New York. He focuses his practice on health care law, employment law, construction law, hospitality and restaurant law, and real estate law. He also chairs the Health Care, Employment and Construction Law groups and co-chairs the Hospitality & Restaurant Law group of the firm. He advises clients in real estate and co-op and condominium law, bringing more than three decades of litigation and advisory experience to every matter.

A graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Wolman was admitted to practice in 1984 and has since built a reputation as a versatile advocate with deep knowledge across multiple industries.
