Donald M. Zolin

The founder of and the sole practitioner at his eponymous law firm, Donald M. Zolin devotes his entire practice to helping people who have incurred significant losses resulting from the negligence of other parties. He is located in New York City, and he provides aggressive representation to clients throughout the greater metropolitan area. Mr. Zolin became admitted to practice before all New York state courts in 1973, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

The types of personal injury and wrongful death litigation that Mr. Zolin has handled have arisen out of incidents involving truck, motorcycle, and other types of motor vehicle accidents; defective and dangerous consumer products; and premises liability cases such as slip-and-falls. During his distinguished career, Mr. Zolin has been successful in arguing cases before juries as well as in negotiating favorable settlements with defendants and their liability insurance providers, and his clients have received millions of dollars in compensation as a result of his skills.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Zolin attended the University at Buffalo, which is a part of the State University of New York system, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1968. He then pursued his legal education at the University at Buffalo School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1972. Mr. Zolin also holds a Master of Law in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. He has been an active participant in several professional organizations, including the New York County Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and he has served as a referee in attorney disciplinary proceedings.
