The managing partner of ASK LLP, attorney Edward E. Neiger has more than 15 years of legal experience. He serves clients from the firm’s New York office and assists them with issues related to bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and civil litigation. 

Mr. Neiger obtained his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law subsequent to graduating summa cum laude with a finance degree from Touro College. Excelling academically throughout his educational career, he served as the president of Touro College’s Prelaw Society and as the editor-in-chief of the Prelaw Journal. He was a recipient of the Service and Leadership Award and was given the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award during his law school.

Admitted to practice in New York since 2005, Mr. Neiger is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to partnering with AskLLP, Mr. Neiger worked for a well-known bankruptcy law firm and gained extensive trial experience. He has also represented thousands of victims who were affected in cases related to the opioid crisis and Boy Scouts of America sexual abuse, holding the U.S. government and related officials liable.
