Eric C. Henry

Eric C. Henry is a co-founder of Buhler Duggal & Henry LLP in New York, New York. He is a general corporate attorney who focuses on representing emerging growth and mid-size companies. He maintains a broad corporate practice and frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies and investors, advising on the legal and strategic issues that arise throughout the life of a business, from formation and financing to day-to-day operations and eventual exit.

Mr. Henry has extensive experience counseling clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. His work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, licensing and technology agreements, joint ventures, reseller arrangements and other customized collaboration agreements. He also provides guidance on employment-related issues, commercial disputes, intellectual property portfolio management and other operational concerns that growing businesses regularly encounter.

In addition to his work as outside counsel, Mr. Henry brings a valuable perspective from his experience as an in-house attorney. Earlier in his career, he served as legal counsel to Publicis Sapient, where he worked closely with business teams and leadership on a variety of commercial and operational matters. This experience allows him to deliver practical, business-oriented advice that aligns with the real-world needs and strategic goals of the companies he represents.

Prior to his in-house role, Mr. Henry practiced corporate and transactional law at prominent Boston law firms, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions.

Mr. Henry takes a business-first approach to legal counseling, emphasizing efficient, pragmatic solutions that help clients move forward with confidence. He values long-term relationships with the companies and entrepreneurs he advises and strives to provide guidance that supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.

Mr. Henry earned his B.A. in History, cum laude, from Bowdoin College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York and is fluent in Spanish.
