Eugene Gozenput

Eugene Gozenput is a personal injury attorney and partner at Pazer Epstein Jaffe Fein & Gozenput, P.C., in New York, New York. Mr. Gozenput represents injured clients in the New York City metropolitan area, as well as in Westchester and throughout Long Island.

An established litigator and negotiator with more than a decade of experience, Mr. Gozenput handles all types of personal injury matters, such as those involving animal bites, assault, brain injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, police misconduct, premises liability, product liability, sexual abuse, slips and falls, and wrongful death. He is also familiar with cases involving dram shop laws, incorrect diagnoses, informed consent and defective medical devices.

After graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Gozenput earned his law degree from New York Law School. He holds a license to practice law before all New York state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
