Everett Carbajal obtained his law degree from Harvard Law School after receiving his Philosophy degree from The University of Arizona (Phi Beta Kappa). He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1991.Â
Mr. Carbajal has held a number of roles throughout his career that inform his experience as a corporate attorney, including having worked for years as a corporate attorney in the New York office of one of the largest law firms in the world -- Baker & McKenzie. He has also worked at an investment hedge fund, and he formed his own boutique corporate law firm in Midtown Manhattan. Â
Fully committed to his profession and his clients, Mr. Carbajal is active in a number of professional legal organizations, including the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association, serving on the latter organization's Technology and Venture Law Committee.
