Fabiana Zangara

Fabiana Zangara is the founding partner of Zaca Law PLLC. Recognizing the value immigrants bring to the United States, she primarily assists the residents of New York City, New York, and Miami, Florida, with their immigration law and nationality matters. Fluent in both English and Italian, she represents a broad client base, including, academicians, professionals from many industries such as technology, hospitality, fashion, entertainment and design, artists, as well as foreign and domestic companies. She predominantly has experience in handling employment-based immigration issues and nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. 

Ms. Zangara completed her Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors at Sapienza Università di Roma, graduating in the top 2% of her class. Furthermore, she holds an LL.M. from Yeshiva University – Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While at law school, she focused on immigration law as a research scholar and was the oralist of the winning team at the 6th LL.M. International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition. Prior to her role at Zaca Law PLLC, she was an attorney at a large New York-based international law firm where she honed her advocacy skills and bolstered her foundations in immigration law. 

Licensed to practice law in Italy and the state of New York, Ms. Zangara also appears before the Corte di Appello di Roma and the Supreme Court of the State of New York. She is affiliated with the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Columbian Lawyers Association, Inc,. and the National Organization of Italian American Women. Passionate about providing diligent representation to her clients, she provides adept legal counsel to help them navigate the complex world of immigration and nationality law, ensuring to guide them throughout the life cycle of their case.
