With a robust focus on international commercial litigation, arbitration, and transactions, Fiamma De Nardo offers a diverse and comprehensive legal experience.

Since joining the New York Bar, Ms. De Nardo has skillfully handled complex cases, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate the intricacies of international commercial disputes and international law.

Her practice primarily focuses on cross-border transactions, where she has successfully represented clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice in various federal courts nationwide.

Ms. De Nardo’s expertise spans complex business and contract disputes, corporate governance litigation, RICO claims, and transnational discovery under the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, especially in cases involving information protected by European privacy laws.

She has also successfully represented clients under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, securing a victory in a federal trial before the Florida Southern District Court (FLSD).

Her practice further includes real estate and landlord/tenant disputes.

In addition to her litigation work, Ms. De Nardo advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and the development and implementation of corporate policies to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.

Ms. De Nardo regularly negotiates and drafts various contracts in the commercial sphere, including vendor, service, licensing, software, confidentiality, and data processing agreements.

As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), she also provides guidance on data privacy compliance, helping clients build operational frameworks that align with their strategic goals.

She graduated from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and Roma Tre University Law School in Italy, with a focus on International Business.

During her studies, she was awarded scholarships for international mobility and exchange programs.

She further enhanced her skills by completing the Conflict Resolution Intensive Training at the University of California, Berkeley.

Recognized for her achievements, Ms. De Nardo has been named to the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Starslist since 2022.
